| I thought I would have a heart attack when I saw a new chapter had been added! THANK YOU, THANK YOU. THANK YOU!!!! This look back in time (happier times) was well done and gives us a little insight as to Remus's perceptions of Snape (not really good and sort of showing him as pretty much the same spitefull, grudge holding, bastard that he has been proved to be so far...in other words...the same as he was as a teenage boy). I miss Snape terribly and hope you put him back in the story sometime soon in a big way. I have missed this story so I am SO glad you have not given up on it yet!!! Please keep up the great work!

| Umm, is the beginning of this chapter perhaps cut off? I can't get it to load beginning with anything other than:
some of their Wizard Wheezes in the common room this weekend, provided that the jokes and gags stayed in the common room and dorms and didn’t damage school property. Shortly thereafter, Fred and George retreated to their dorm, and Harry wondered if Angelina would end up regretting her decision before the weekend was out.
There had been no news about the Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher.
And that doesn't really seem like a beginning. Maybe it's just my computer, but I thought you should know!
Author's Response: Hmmm...this is strange. When I pulled the chapter up, it looked Ok. However, you aren't the only one who said they were having problems with the beginning being cut off. I'll look into it, and thank you. | |||

| Good chapter ^_^ I liked the lullaby, it was pretty. Author's Response: Thank you! Interesting story behind the lullaby. The tune (yes, there is a tune!) came to me in a dream. The next morning, I got up and wrote the English words, only making some minor revisions later. You will see the Elfish version of the song later (the snippet you saw was the refrain). And in case you are wondering, there is a reason why this is called the Elvin Riddle Song. | |||

| GOODIE, GOODIE, GOODIE!!!(jumping for joy!!) I am SOOOO glad you have written yet another wonderful chapter to this awsom story! I was really hoping you would not forsake it. As usual it is a 10+++++ ! Lupins return to Hogwarts will have a calming affect and I bet he will be able to so more in the end than just help teach! (my guess is he will not make the same mistake he make with Luk years ago) I am hoping we see Snape again soon. I have missed him for the past few chapters. Please keep it up!! | Boy, you continue to make Harry et al more and more despicable. The highlight of their scumminess: "Oh, great, Harry thought as he stared at the door. They are planning to do something to Slytherin during the match, and they think I will enjoy whatever it is. Maybe I should tell McGonagall… But she’d punish them…and they’d know for sure it was my doing…and do I really want Neville and Kenrick to stop speaking to me, too?" So at this point, the only two in this story worth anything at all are Ron (because at least he's got the guts to admit his prejudices) and Snape. It beats me how in the world you think Harry's feeling a little guilty (but obviously not guilty enough to stop his smarminess), and Deveroux's whining around about the fact that she broke an oath beats Snape's being tortured almost to death with no help in sight. Sorry, but I just don't get it. And I realize Harry is a teenager, but really---the level of self-absorption you have all your characters indulging is getting to be a bit much. Do you have any hope in sight for these scumbags? | |||

| Wow! Great chapter! Poor Aurellia, she is really got it bad! I can't wait to see what the "surprize" is that the Gryffindors have in store for the Quiddich game (last chapter). I was hoping we would see it here but thats OK since it means we have something to look forward too! So many things going on at once that will be interesting to see how they all turn out! Great work! 10+++++ Hope the next installment is up sooner (hope! hope!) Author's Response: Thank you! :) The surprise will be a while. Crabbe (your earlier comment) will have an interesting role to play. We're hoping to get the next bit up in a couple weeks, Ch. 49. Remus Returns. Not this weekened-- let's face it, everyone's going to be too busy reading, digesting, analyzing, re-reading, debating and theorizing over HBP, including me :D But hopefully by next weekend. | omg i just read all three parts of this story in like two days!!! i'm supposed to be revising but i just had to finish it up to where you had written. its the most fantastic thing ever and i cant wait for an update. oh please let there be one soon andplease let snape be ok. i love him soooo much. P.S. whats the hatred for familiars and owls?!?!?! Trevor, Rasputin and now even Venator's been murdered!! poor creatures! Author's Response: Two days *is awed* Wow! Thank you!
