Wow, Lucius is definitely one of the crowd now, no matter how much he might tell himself he's different, he's no better than any of them are.
Author's Response: I agree that Lucius has jumped wholeheartedly into the role of DE--up to a point. He still draws the line at killing a person himself--but he does make it easier for others to do so. Yes, he's fallen much father than he will admit. But I think he is not as bad as ppl like Bella, who enjoy killing, and given the choice of NOT being a DE, he'd take it. LOL--I know, I'm making excuses for him. |

Oh, poor Glenna. At least Jack loves her and has proven his devotion to her for several years. It's at least something to work with. Snape sure has a lot to think about.
Author's Response: Severus was so smart, and turned out to be such a good spy, yet his grasp of emotions is appalling. |

I don't think anyone can blame Jack for taking advantage of an opportunity. Poor Severus, though. It's too bad it doesn't occur to him to figure out what the problem is.
Author's Response: Jack has loved Glenna for a long time, so naturally he'll take advantage of this. Severus wants to make Jack the villain, but he's more responsible. |

Severus does pretty well taking care of his mother and brother but botches it completely with Glenna. He can be such a fool.
Author's Response: He really is clueless. As he aged, he didn't get much better about dealing with ppl. |

oh it really is ...
I really do not know what you think ... but I want a wedding that is the word marriage from Abaraxas
Perhaps you think that young Lucius and not understand what the big (and Eileen Abaraxas) said ...
Lucius, but I hope what he thought was right ... that his father because of family honor and love the time the young should not dare to propose Eileen
Author's Response: I think Lucius was out of line to go to Eileen like he did, not knowing his father's sentiments. Even if Abraxas is lonely, that doesn't mean he wants another woman--he wants his wife, which he can't have. Eileen understood this, because Abraxas had never even courted another woman since his wife died all those years ago. Lucius was trying to do a good thing, but it was not the right thing. Thank you for reviewing! |

I suppose I'm still hoping for Severus to get back with Glenna. But if not I really hope Severus is not shut out of Jacinta's life.
Author's Response: I couldn't have Severus be with Glenna because I was trying to stick with canon--it seems really evident he had no woman in his life in the books. But we know nothing of his past, family, etc. which is why I can give him siblings and a daughter. Don't worry, the Malfoys know what they're doing. |

This is the best fanfiction I've read in a good while. I can't wait for the next chapter :)
Author's Response: How very kind of you! I love reviews, esp. good ones! Please tell your friends to read, too. *shameless self-promotion here*
I have sent the next chapter to be approved, and it should be up in a day or two. Usually I send two at a time, but I wasn't ready with two this time. :P |

I suspected and kind of hoped it would be Severus' baby. It's a pity that he and Glenna can't be together, they've now got a complicated situation.
Author's Response: A very complicated situation. And as time goes on, more of the situation becomes clear, why things need to be as they are. :P |

I feel so badly for Severus. Happiness always eludes him.
Author's Response: It sure does. I deliberately made it that way because later on he was a bitter, unhappy man. Something drove him to that. |

You have got me thinking now, as to Glenna's motives. Please hurry with more!
Author's Response: I'm glad I got you thinking. Rarely is anything done at face value in my stories, lol. |
