Author's Response: I agree that Lucius has jumped wholeheartedly into the role of DE--up to a point. He still draws the line at killing a person himself--but he does make it easier for others to do so. Yes, he's fallen much father than he will admit. But I think he is not as bad as ppl like Bella, who enjoy killing, and given the choice of NOT being a DE, he'd take it. LOL--I know, I'm making excuses for him. It's too bad it doesn't occur to him to figure out what the problem is. Author's Response: Jack has loved Glenna for a long time, so naturally he'll take advantage of this. Severus wants to make Jack the villain, but he's more responsible. Even if Abraxas is lonely, that doesn't mean he wants another woman--he wants his wife, which he can't have. Eileen understood this, because Abraxas had never even courted another woman since his wife died all those years ago. Lucius was trying to do a good thing, but it was not the right thing. But if not I really hope Severus is not shut out of Jacinta's life. Author's Response: I couldn't have Severus be with Glenna because I was trying to stick with canon--it seems really evident he had no woman in his life in the books. But we know nothing of his past, family, etc. which is why I can give him siblings and a daughter.
