| I thought it was too good to be true when Chelsea called me and told me you updated!!! Hooray!!!! Wow those are some though misunderstandings Minerva and Gareth had to sort out and I am glad that they did because Severus is going to need them all united in order to help with with these massive hurdles he is going to have to face soon. I can't wait until he wakes up and they help him begin to heal. This is by far the best piece of fanfiction I have ever read! | Gareth had good reason for his anger, I'm glad he got the chance to express it before Minerva began telling him her reasons why. This is the best line in the chapter, and IMO, the best line in the story so far “Albus... Albus means to be the cloak and finally guard his dagger? Sweet Circe, keep us from the irony of that.” Gareth and Minerva have formed a parnership, will it be more than that.
Author's Response: Minerva will never abandon her love for Albus but she certainly has a different perspective now. And, indeed, it will be interesting to discover the path that Gareth and Minerva choose to travel. | |||

| Jubilation!!! You updated!!!! I checked on here by chance. I am having such a rotten day and this is the perfect pick me up!!!! As always, my friend, you amaze me with your imagery and poetry! This is just such a privilege to read! I can really understand both Gareth and Minerva's side of their arugment. Both have valid points and I am very happy that they were able to work it out. It's clear they both have Nerian's best interests at heart and he really needs them both! This is absolutely brilliant and I enjoyed every syllable! I can not wait for more!!!! | I am always excited to see an addition to this story. I enjoyed the confrontation and Minerva's explanation for her actions. Cruel to be kind here makes so much sense and brings a further richness to the story. Author's Response: Minerva is truly a lioness and has the courage to face the ugliness of battle. | Minerva's reasoning makes sense. I like the partnership that's developing between her and Gareth. Sharing a small meal and walk together, of course, are very good for binding friendships. Author's Response: Honesty between them is going to be crticial if they are to succeed. And as Minerva said, magic, and friendship are often expressed through the smallest things.
