It seems like such a long time ago that I wrote/posted this, so it's doubly lovely to get a review after all this time! In more recent times, I've tended to be more serious with my poetry (much of which is now on Ashwinder as I confess to becoming an SS/HG shipper these days) but this makes me realise I must try & get back to more fun things - not enough limericks out there I reckon!:-) | |||

| I don't know how I managed to miss this one when it got posted! Limericks are a fun idea. Have you heard the latest version of "Snapecast"? (The April Fool's edition?) There are some more fun limericks on there, too. Am I being silly or is the first Limerick missing a line? Apologies if you had intented it that way though! I agree with Morgaine, however. I would have liked to have read more :) Author's Response: This was the first time I'd tried a limerick so I confess to struggling somewhat! Although the first limerick is not missing a line (5 lines for it to be a limerick, with lines 1, 2 & 5 rhyming and lines 3 & 4 rhyming with each other), I did feel, on reflection, that the first line could have done with one more syllable - i.e. 'There *once* was a teacher called Snape'; I might just rectify that now! I'm so glad you've reviewed though, better late than never, as they say. You've made my day actually! :-) | |||
