I always love what you write! I reread this for the third time and still love this story! I especially enjoy the fact that you make the character nameless, it's a great way for the reader to insert herself as said character. lol As always, well done!
Author's Response: Wow - a review after all this time! How lovely! Thank you, severus_slave for not only re-reading but also reviewing on this occasion. I'm so glad you enjoyed this little one-shot. There is nothing more flattering to an author than knowing that their work is still being read & enjoyed. I truly believed that this, like most of my stuff, belonged to the dim & distant past! :-) |

Wonderfully written. I couldn't stop reading. Thanks for sharing.
Author's Response: Thank you so much for your kind review -it is always so lovely to get one after such a long time. I'm so glad there are readers out there still looking at my work &, more importantly, still enjoying it! Thanks again :-) |

A lovely piece, Sevvy. I also like to think the man knows his Amarone from his Elbow, as it were, and appreciates a good drop. You did a fine job of increasing the temperature but yet in a tender way. I definitely think this is your best piece yet. Thanks so much for the early Christmas present. Now, what will Severus get for his birthday?!
Author's Response: Thank you for your lovely comments, star_girl. I'm glad you liked the gentle rise in temperature - I'd like to think things get a lot hotter for both of them by 9th January, with or without the old elf-made wine! ;-) |

Lovely, sweetie, just lovely. A bit of everything - hot and sweet and hopeful - and exactly what I needed today. /M
Author's Response: And your response was just what I needed today too - bless you! Your support, as always, is really appreciated - thanks! :-) |

"...a voice so seductively sinful that it must surely have been solely designed for the bedroom."
Here here! - great line, and how true. Well that brightened up a dull Monday morning, and left me all smiley.
I just read your response to the earlier review, and wondered if she was the same OC as your other fic on Petulant Poetess - a happier ending this time, she deserves it!
Author's Response: A happier ending indeed, hexgirl - and don't we all deserve it! Sadly, real life isn't always like that ... but I guess we can all dream, eh?! And, although in many ways, I wrote the OFC as 'Sara', by not naming her, I have kind of left it open for the reader to decide her identity. In other words, she could be anyone ...! ;-) Thanks for the review - glad I brightened up a dull Monday morning for you! :-) |

Author's Response: Thank you, Rose - I'm glad you thought of my little one-shot as being hot - I hope that means you enjoyed it! :-) |

Wow! This was exceedingly hot without being at all graphic. It was super sensual and I enjoyed reading it very much.
Author's Response: Thank you, Trickie Woo - lovely to hear from you! I'm so glad that you thought my little fic hot without being graphic - that was what I was trying to achieve, actually; to prove it can be done! As a matter of fact, this is a kind of 'alternative version' of something else I wrote and posted earlier this year on The Petulant Poetess. Although I don't name my OFC, in my mind she is the 'Sara' from that, as I feel I treated her badly in the other fic - & in this she got what she wanted - i.e. the Potions master! :-) |
