Finally the truth is out, and it is most fascinating to watch Morgaine's memories of how Demeter came into her life. Maybe it was a stony path from fear to love, but she made it step by step, and it makes me exceptionally happy that Remus was such a great help. :-) Well done!

Author's Response: I love Remus, too, and like it when he gets to play the role of the Knight. He has known Morgaine since she was a child and loved her dearly. He has shown that many times in the original story when he told off Severus. It seemed natural to let him be the one who helped Morgaine overcome her fears. Glad you liked the chapter. And thank you for leaving a note. /M

Thank you for such a refreshing chapter. Too often in fiction, we see women as "natural" mothers, who just give birth and suddenly everything is OK and they just love their child and instinctively know how to be a mother. As much as it wasn't easy to read about Morgaine's battle with accepting her child, it rang very true and I am sure this kind of behaviour is not uncommon amongst women who have not planned children or who are not naturally maternal. Well done.

Author's Response: You know me, I am much more sinister than this. Morgaine would have made a perfect mother under the right circumstances. She certainly is patient enough. I just cannot help being mean to my most beloved characters :P

Very poor reward indeed my review is, but I'll offer it gratefully to thank you for your talent. Do I sound Italian and emotional? Well, I'm glad to be so, if this means give this story the tribute it deserves. I like this chapter exactly as much as I have liked all the previous ones, and I mean "a lot". It's captivating and beautifully written. This story is beautiful, touching and interesting at the same time. I hope that more reviewers will find the time, the will or the courage to add their considerations to mine.Excellent job, Miss Du_Lac. Ten points to your house (whose name I won't reveal, but it can be easily understood).

Author's Response: Sometimes, I love your emotional Italian words :) Many thanks to you!
