Reviews for Star Sisters

Agnus Castus 2009.10.23 - 04:27PM 23: XXIII: Fractured Friendships Signed
What a wonderful mess these girls are in! Something tells me that Morgana and Charis will do a lot of growing up by the end of this story. And, when they eventually lose their naivety, I hope they find each other again.

Author's Response: You are quite right, the girls will grow up very quickly in their last year. And they need each other more than they realise. And if you think the mess they're in is wonderful now, just keep on reading. Thanks for leaving us a note. We appreciate it a lot!

Oh, I'm so sad that this is over (for now!). It seems to have gone by so quickly. I love the fact that Snape has the 3rd mirror. I'm also wondering if the girls are going to develop their relationship after Hogwarts. Morgana worries me a bit! And I never thought of her as having short red hair you know. I always think of her as having long spiral curly red hair! I've really really enjoyed this story. I will be constantly checking for part two. THANK YOU for sharing your words and machinations with us!

Author's Response: THANK YOU for reading and for reviewing - it's what spurs us on to write more. We hope not to keep you waiting too long!

Wow. I actually read this chapter a few days ago but RL has kept me from reviewing until now. I'm sorry that Charis did not get to know Sirius better. Even in canon, I felt that Harry was only just beginning to scratch the surface with getting to know him before he died. Loved the scene between the girls. So sensual and beautiful and awkward but in all the right places. You did well! *sigh*. You've really spent a lot of time developing their individual characters and it's certainly paid off. I'm just sad this 1st part is ending! But I look forward to more.

Author's Response: We can't tell you how much your support means to us. And we're thrilled you've got to know and love the girls. They will definitely be back for more adventures, and we hope you'll join them too.

I hope that, unlike Harry did with Sirius' mirror, the girl will understand what that gift means and, more important, they'll use it. So, end of the first part, eh? I'm curious to see how the plot will develop in the next chapters. And wondering if you will be compliant till the sad canon end...

Author's Response: We will try and be canon compliant where possible, so the next installment will be set during HBP. As for the mirrors, once the girls find them, they'll use them. Promised. And Snape will want to use his, too. Thanks for sticking with us through this story!

You leave us with a bitter-sweet conclusion and many questions. Will Snape be able to keep an eye on HIS girls? God knows he has enough to do already. Will Charis and Morgana "end up" together, romantically, I mean. What about Jack? Will Morgana ever get over Lucius? Who will help her? What will they discover at the Ministry? What was that? You want me to stop? Alright. Congratulations on an epic story which produced a copious amount of emotions. I am very much looking forward to Part Two.

Author's Response: So many questions, so few answers. I'm afraid we'll have to ask you to be patient. All will be revealed, eventually. Thank you for your loyalty.

wow! It's been quite a ride with this story. You've drawn it to a nice conclusion for the time being but I'm really looking forward to seeing where things go with the girls as they enter the real world with a war brewing. I'll be faithfully awaiting Part Two. Congratulations on an amazing story!

Author's Response: Thank you so much, your support means alot to us, really. See you for part two :)

Lucius is such a 'slick git', as Ron Weasley would say. Damn him and his slippery, buttery asparagus spears! Damn him!

Author's Response: Slick, conceited, arrogant, vain... and that's just some of his finer qualities! hehe, admit it, you love him. We sure do :)

Agnus Castus 2009.10.17 - 02:05PM 19: XIX: A Lesson In Lust Signed
You asked what the reader liked about this chapter? Where to begin?! Snape in control, firm and commanding. Snape breathing and whispering into Charis's ear... lips grazing her earlobe... Arms trapping her, hands pinning her down... Well, all of it really! Sex with Snape in the school library must be on the top of many girl's Christmas lists! I have to give Charis her dues, she managed to remain coherent in offering up intellectual deductions whilst he was standing behind her in the Restricted Section. I really don't know how she managed it. By the way - Persephone's Palace - great name! Wonderful chapter ladies. It will take me some time to recover from this one... Is there any more Kleenex left?!

Author's Response: Right after chapter one, this is the chapter with the highest reader count. Guess why, hehe. To say we enjoyed writing it would be the understatement of the century! We are glad you enjoyed it too.

‘I have no need to pander to such whimsy,’ Snape replied bitterly. Great line! I can really hear him saying this.

Author's Response: He's very articulate, the dear man, and he has such a lovely voice... *dreams of AR's drawl*

I notice you didn't get very many reviews for this chapter, so I'm going to attempt to leave my musings for you two lovely ladies. I have to say, Dumbledore is almost as despicable as Lucius in this chapter, and I find it quite difficult to swallow. I do view Dumbledore as a Machiavellian character, but not to the extent where he would actively ensure an unwanted pregnancy then plan to abort the fetus. I'm pro-choice, so that's not the issue, it's more that I'm not convinced Dumbledore would deliberately put Morgana through such a horrendous ordeal - I fail to see how her soul could be undamaged by this act. Anyway, I'm reading on, because your story is very well written and I'm enjoying your characters and the wonderful tension. I just had to let you know what I was thinking. Hope you don't mind!

Author's Response: First of all, we do not mind at all that you don't agree with us. On the contrary, we very much appreciate your thoughts and think you raise a valid point. We see Dumbledore as a leader who would do ANYthing for the cause, even sacrifice the innocent, such as Harry and Morgana. Of course, the act damaged her emotionally and psychologically... but as for her "soul," in the HP entity sense, well we think that remains unharmed as Morgana was a vehicle for DD's plans. If anything, it is HIS soul that should bear the damage, in our opinion. Thanks for reviewing and feel free to add more opinions, we appreciate the feedback :)
