I have found and read this story today and I must say that it has caught my interest. I am wishing that you will find your way again in continuing this story for it is too wonderful to just leave it unfinsihed. Hope this humble request may reach you where ever you are and i am thanking you for such a brilliant story.

I'm having a great time with this story. Thank God Harry as family again he needs someone. Now lets hope that Severus is Claires soul mate and everything will be perfect. Please update soon. Thanks:)

Author's Response: Thanks for your kind comments. Harry needs a large support network. After all, he's the 'Chosen One'. LOL

Very interresting story, she is very cute.

Author's Response: Thanks, zenobia. That Claire is a character, isn't she?

Love this story. Yes that's just how I expect occlumency works, well done! Though it should work differently for Severus... He can't just push Voldemort aside. He'd be dead in two seconds. Can't wait to see you explain it further

Author's Response: Thanks for reading and reviewing. I assume Severus has to allow the Dark Lord to rummage around his memories, but Severus has the power to hide certain memories and emotions deep within himself. No, he couldn't direct Voldemort where to look or push him out. That would be a disaster of epic proportions.

I had to skip over some parts of this. It's hard to believe that Snape had or could have any warm feelings toward someone who was such a darling of the Gryffindors. You've set yourself a high bar. I'm interested in seeing how you make this work.

Author's Response: Well, he was in love with Lily, another beloved Gryffindor witch. And Claire always was looking out for Severus where the Marauders were concerned. He didn't have to have warm feelings for her to be attracted to her. It will become clear soon enough.

So Claire's and Severus's early relationship wasn't ALL animosity...

Author's Response: She always felt he the underdog, the victim of unfortunate circumstances. First, there was his father's abuse, then the attacks courtesy of the Marauders. Providing protection for him was her duty as a prefect. In the end, she was inexplicably attracted to him. She couldn't take her eyes off him during the Welcoming Feast, eh? Rose, did you notice the movie quote I slipped in Claire's diatribe? Do you recognize it?

Clearly she and Anton had a really good marriage. And yet neither he, nor (we can assume) Sirius is her soul mate?

Author's Response: Hi, Rose. They had a beautiful marriage; they were best friends. Anton nor Sirius were her soul mate, but neither did they know about that part of life with a Clairvoyant. Bottom line meant that neither man would be the father of her child.:(

These last two chapters show some great history, but I have to wonder about her history with Snape. I'm starting to think it must have been unpleasant, given her relationship with Sirius.

Author's Response: Hi again, Rose. Oh, you have no idea how unpleasant it was. There's one more chappie of Claire's memories of Anton. Mmm, lemony:) Then we see Severus' memories of Claire (just a taste though). Stay tuned. Thanks for reading.
