I like your side of the story better though. /M Author's Response: Based on my own experiences in sibling relations, I think Sirius loves his little brother a lot, but felt a little betrayed that Regulus didn't join him in sticking it to the family. debjunk 2008.09.11 - 11:33AM 11: Stag Party Signed Mmm, lovely ending to that chapter. I wonder, will he keep his vow to her and not join the Death Eaters? At least he is up front with her about not loving her. It's a bit like he's using her to forget about Lily, but what they say to each other kind of negates that. I'm not being really eloquent, here. I guess I just mean that I don't mind that he's using her because he's pretty much up front about it, and she knew even before he said, and their attraction kind of outweights it. Whew! I like the way you are portraying a broken Severus. The man was never all in one piece, was he? Author's Response: Yeah, Emily knows she's attracted but thinks she should focus elsewhere.
