Contessa must possess the same stong powers of self-control as our dear Potions master if she's prepared to let this 'relationship' continue as it is; one or the other has got to give in to their true feelings soon, surely? (Please!) I think Contessa's self control is different to Severus's - she's not in denial about her feelings, whereas Severus refuses to acknowledge his feelings at all. I really felt her dilemma as she wondered what to do in the bedroom. I can't imagine Severus under the imperio, but I know what I'd have him do (apart from wash his hair). I'm glad he trusts her enough to admit to viewing her as a friend. Hooray Snape has a friend - but will it turn out to be more than frienship? Loving the UST!! Can't wait for more.
