| I'm still wanting to see some violence inflicted on 'HW' or any of his minions. Rowling never showed that, but I know the good guys can wreak vengeance and give out some harsh justice when it's deserved. The Nuremburg trails were an example of that, though I think there should have been stiffer penalties for some. Good guys are human and need to feel satisfaction at justice delivered where that satisfaction is justified. The punishment should eaqual the crime and Severus and the good guys have had punishment that far eceeds any crimes they may be guilty of, bu 'HW' and his minionsrarely ever seem to be punished, and even when they were 'HW' broke them out of Azkaban. Avada Kedavra is always justified when it's used against a proven loyal Death Eater, I'd like to see that happen, the only time I've ever known of it to happen is when Molly brought down Bellatrix. I loved Andy Sipowitz on NYPD because he understood that and used it in his law enforcedment even though it got him in trouble with the Politically Correct idiots who ran things. | I love this one. I understand how he feels, at least he should have gotten a chance to vent some spleen. He earned a chance to jump Black for what Sirius said to him and to Morgaine. I also understand why he felt so angry when he saw Lupin with his arm across her shoulders and laughing with her in the kitchen. But Severus made his peace with her and they had sex in Grimmauld Place that night, and he didn't care if anybody knew about it, so that's what counts for me.
Author's Response: I felt that it was time for Severus to have a little tantrum, and that he hates to even see Lupin close to Morgaine made the perfect opportunity. I knew you would like that they hade make up sex ;-) Cheers. /M | |||

| When did he shake Black's hand? Sirius couldn't have been at the Tri Wizard Tournament because he was being hidden at 12 Grimmaud Place. Even in his dog form Severus, at least, would have recognized him and tried to turn hi in. (At least that's what I would have done if I had been Severus.) I don't remember if JKR had him there or not. It wouldn't be logical, but she certainly showed no logic in killing off Snape like that. If he had to die (and that's very questionable in my eyes) he should have gone down fighting at his full prowess alongside the other order members after making his true allegiance known. We never got to see him use his full powers, but we do know they were formidable. Maybe she figured he was undefeatable in battle so she killed him off in the most ridiculous way possible, with a snake in a bubble. Author's Response: The handshaking is all canon. | Dumbledore always proclaimed that he truseted Seberus implicitly; then why did he ask him where his loyalties lie? If he trusted him he should have only asked him to help Severus with planning what he would do whne he was called back to 'He Who I Find Most Tedious and Tiresome's' side again. That, plus what he did at the end of PoA is why I never trusedted Dumbledore. Author's Response: You know I share your feelings against Dumbledore. I cannot speak for JKR, but the reason why I let 'my' Dumbledore ask Severus about his loyalties is because I see him as a manipulative old man who wants people (in this case Severus) to think that they actually have a choice. Hence, when everything should backfire, he can wash his hands and say: 'It was your own choice.' Geeez, I actually kind of liked Dumbeldore when I started writing, but now ... well, times change, I guess. Thanks for your thoughts, trickie. /M | |||

| As always, my sympathies are with Severus. I'm glad they will be working together on good terms, they need each other. Author's Response: Yes, they do. | I understand how Morgana feels, I always felt total compassion for Severus in the last part of PoA. I never liked Sirius at all and I don't care much for Lupin, though I know you Have a soft spot for him. But I will say he's a lot better than Sirius. I've always hated that Severus always got the raw deal and the Marauders got away with everything. Author's Response: Oh, I really don't like Sirius Black either. Not at all!
