The thing I love about poetry is that it can be read in two ways. You can just enjoy the beautiful words or you can think about it. And this poems certainly makes me think. Thank you for sharing.|
Author's Response: I'm so glad you enjoyed this! I love writing poetry, but there doesn't seem to be a large audience for it. Thank you so much for reading, and I appreciate the comment!

|Argh. Why do you tease with such lovely snupin that is just begging for more! ;)
"You always left me
for them. But where are they now?"
See, I'm a sucker for irony. And yes, didn't Lupin always take the Marauders' sides over Snape... (I hope this is what you mean here, anyway :) )|
Author's Response: That is definitely what I meant, and I'm so glad you picked up on that! Thank you so much for the great comment!

|Another well crafted poem. The emotions you painted were strong and deep, regardless of Snape's outward reserve. |
Poetry requires a bit more thought from your reader, but this was well worth the effort. Did I understand correctly that you have one more in this arc?
Author's Response: There are three, total...this one, A Taste of Honey, and Through These Walls. They're only loosely connected, though. I'm so very glad that you took the time to comment...I really appreciate it, because poetry doesn't have a large audience in the HP fandom. Thank you so much!
