This was the first story I found on Occlumency, and I was *thrilled* to see it updated today. Eagerly awaiting the chaos promised by the Weasley twins :)

Author's Response: Aww - nifty! The Weasley twins will make another appearance soon.

They are surley getting all enjoyment out of this as they can! And those little tidbits about Binns, was really fun!

Author's Response: Thanks :)

So funny. I love "I'm afraid you're stuck with me now." They make such an odd couple, but they do have a strange mutual antagonism going that is a weird sort of chemistry. I loved the names of the various protest organizations, vomit indeed. I'm glad that you updated, and I hope to see more of this wonderful story in the future.

Author's Response: Thanks :) You will see more of it, I promise.

Ah, to be stuck to Snape!

Author's Response: LOL - You'd think it'd be rather difficult with the oily-ness and all.

VOMIT? WIPE? Loved it! The exchange as with the ministry officials was absolutely priceless, especially Tonks' appeal for the wedding of her dreams. :D It's so great to have you back! *runs off to bake brownies and send flowers*

Author's Response: Aww - thank you. Just so we're clear, these aren't flowers for my funeral, right?

Squeeee! I agree with Trickie about the hint of Cary Grant, but I'm thinking "I Was a Male War Bride" :o) Hermione with signs and buddies was a nice touch. Pleeeeeeze update again this year?

Author's Response: Another movie to add to my list, I think :) I fully intend to update again this year ;)

What a surprise to see you back! I could sink to Snape like sarcastic irony and say 'and so quickly too', but I won't I'll be nice and say I'm glad you've updated because I've been wondering about this story. My first big laugh was Asociation of Citizens Resisting Obligatory Nuptials for Young Muggleborns, better known as ACRONYM. I like it better than S.P.E.W. Ron & Harry carrying the signs were the whipped cream and cherry on the top. Remedial acronym lessons was a good one too. Poor Ms. Hibbins, I wouldn't want to answer those floo calls myself. I can just imagine how many Howlers she had to open for a large office to smell like that. Elkins must smell like that pretty constantly now. Elkins is also the only person I've ever heard of who enjoyed Binns's class, her just about rhapsodized about him. They do make a pair reminiscent of Cary Grant and Irene Dunne. And before you say anything, yes I can see some Cary Grant in Snape. This conversation with Elkins is evocative of both The Awful Truth and My Favorite Wife. Maybe it's because I see Snape physically as Alan Rickman's version and I've always though Rickman could do wonders in Cary Grant roles. I do like Snarkypants as a pet name. As I said earlier, I'm glad you're back. You gave me something to laugh at on what has been a difficult day. My 18 yr. old cat died yesterday, I'd had her since she was an 8 week old kitten.

Author's Response: First of all, I'm very sorry to hear about your cat. It's tough to lose pets you've had for a long time :(

Secondly, thank you for writing such a long, effusive review! Believe it or not, although I have seen a few lovely Cary Grant movies, I don't have your repertiore - I've never even heard of these movies that you mention. Guess I'll have to rent them. :)

Woohoo! So glad it really wasn't abandoned.

Author's Response: Hey - thanks :) Like I said, I'm just slow ;)
