Another wonderful chapter. Snapes observations of Jane are wonderful and so fun to read. His restraint is so "him". His mental comments about punching Lupin were really quite funny as well (the image alone was priceless). Keep it coming - it's great. |

An alarmed Severus is one of my favorite types of Severus. I've read this whole thing and I just admire like crazy your style of writing and snappy dialogue. I love how you waited to introduce Jane until further into the story. The sense of humor you put forward in this is brilliant. I can't wait for the next chapter. |

Very nicely written, although I'm not sure I believe in Snape being prejudiced against Squibs - given his scathoing comments about "foolish wand-waving", and the fact that he seems to get on OK with Filch. |

This was a really interesting and delightfull chapter. I loved the banter between Severus and Jane. I am really curious about what Severs saw in Jane's eyes...although I can guess! I love this story - it is so funny. Keep it coming. |

A very clever idea, making Nick appear in the nuddy, and I notice you've carefully avoided mentioning Flintrammel's gender, so presumably *she* is going to be the love-interest. Love the sound of Esther.
Btw, the idea that Chocolate Frogs move comes purely from the films - there's nothing in canon to suggest that they do. |

Even as a stand-alone short story, this chapter was wonderful. You let us glimps into a scene that featured most of the main teacher core of Hogwarts about to make a decision concerning a student. This little drama gave the characters a medium by which they could show us a little of their personality. I loved this chapter! Well done. I look forward to more. |

Oh, I like Flintrammel. Perhaps Snape can work on his prejudices. |

After spending what seemed like the longest hour of my life (riding as a passenger while my daughter is starting her driving hours to acquire her learners permit), your story is delightfully distracting to help me unwind.
Such lovely plot, black humor and interactions between Snape and Dumbledore + Remus!
