| Is Hermione's e-mail the spell that made her teeth grow? I couldn't remember.... I'm thinking Lucius is going to regret "signing" his artwork - it will be a dead giveaway that it was him if anyone checks.
Oh, and thank you so much for not going into excruciating detail with the physical side of their relationship. It seems more real to just get glimpses. Author's Response: Thank you. In real life, sex takes a back seat to living day to day. This story is about moving on and finding happiness inspite of what others see or do. | |||

| I just love this story! It keeps Severus in cannon with the cannon characters yet allows us to see a different side of him with Jenny (I really really like her as the OFC for Severus - she seems very real). I can't wait until you add another chapter! Author's Response: Thank you! If you think about how people are, they all have different faces depending on who they are dealing with. I doubt anyone treats a loved one the way they do an irritating co-worker, for instance. | |||

Oh you are bad, just bad leaving us hanging like this! Severus finally gets an offer he shouldn't refuse and he is playing all stoic! Love it, a gentleman's gentleman. Now the pain can be harder on both of them if something goes wrong. I get a feeling that picture of her next to the shield will somehow come into play. I look forward to the next chapter. | |||

Thanks for the update! Loved the New Year's evening scene! It was very interesting to learn about first-foot, and I also didn't know "kerb" could be spelled that way (I use "curb") Author's Response: Thank you. First Footing is a very old tradition in Scotland and some parts of Northern England. The superstition was that the first person to cross your doorstep on the New Year should be a dark haired man (preferably young) bearing a gift. The gift should represent good tidings for the coming year. A lump of coal meant you'd never be cold - very important given the weather. Liquor meant prosperity because you couldn't buy whiskey without money. A fresh fish - or any food - meant you'd never be hungry for the coming year. I grew up with the tradition - my uncle suffered every year. The spelling of KERB is used in British spelling. | |||

I'm new to the story, but I've read all the chapters and am enjoying it. And thanks for having an OFC who isn't gutbustingly gorgeous and flinging her clothes off after two seconds! Jenny is cute. I'm glad things between her and Severus are progressing at a meandering pace. She's going to be awfully surprised if they ever get really close, though! Haven't seen this story up for a LOOOONG time. I really like this one so I am glad it is up again. I hope to see more of it. The Jenny character is very nice and It would be even nicer if Severus got involved with her. Hope to see more soon. Author's Response: Thank you.
