hehehe, I love to see characters writtn in character, and these were. :D I felt sorry for Snape in GoF when Minerva went onto the dance floor with ALbus, and Snape had no partner. Sweet fic. :D Was happy to see him with Minerva in your story.

Damn, I thought I would find this a bit squicky with their age difference, but this is good! I wouldn't mind seeing more of this Minerva. They would make an interesting couple, to say the least....

Author's Response: Thank you. I'm glad I could surprise you. :) If you're interested, I have several other stories in this archive that pair Severus and Minerva, some of them as friends/colleagues and others as a romantic pair. Thanks again.

redvelvetcanopy sent me over here to check out your story, and I'm so glad she did because this is such a sweet, funny story! I love seeing Snape thwarted so completely before receiving his kiss. How surprising it is to see McGonagall as the one to do it to him! This was a pleasure to read!

Author's Response: I think that McGonagall greatly enjoyed teaching Snape this particular lesson. I've always thought that the two of them play off each other very well. Thank you. I'm glad you liked the story. :)

Enjoyed your story greatly. Poor Snape, having to run around like a lovelorn schoolboy. Did no one play kiss chase with him when he was younger?

Author's Response: I have a feeling that Snape didn't play a lot of games of any sort when he was a child. :) Glad you liked the story.

Perhaps I've been under a rock or something, but I've never read a Snape/McGonagall fic. This is fabulous and just the thing to help lift my spirits into something more suitable for the holidays. Poor Severus! Even pulling out all the stops and resorting to Polyjuice! Minerva must pack quite a whallop!

Author's Response: SS/MM stories are out there, but they aren't incredibly plentiful. You probably have to hunt for them and most people aren't that interested. I'm glad you enjoyed this story. Thanks for reading. :)

I enjoyed this story greatly. Especially the first part under the mistletoe, the author got the characters exactly right. I could picture that conversation exactly. I read the whole story with a smile on my face. Greatly amusing, especially with the chose of Minerva and Snape.

Author's Response: I'm so glad that I could make you smile. Thanks for letting me know. :)

I loved this fic more than I can say..I was really beginning to think I was the only one that wrote SS/MM fics but I am glad to see that you do. I laughed hard when she saw through his polyjuice potion! AWESOME JOB!!

Author's Response: It's not a very popular pairing, I'll grant you, but I've been writing it for some time. There are others out there, too, so you shouldn't feel alone. :) Thanks for reading. I'm glad you liked it.

*phew!* I thought I'd read somewhere that you'd finished with SS/MM fics, and I was very sad. I'm relieved to see that if you have gone off writing the pair, you still found it in your heart to give us this lovely little bit. There is precious little SS/MM in this world, and yours is the best. I hope you'll continue, but I'll understand if you feel you must move on.

Author's Response: I gave writing the pair a bit of a break for awhile and limited it to short pieces that I don't post here, but I haven't necessarily given it up entirely. I write whatever the muse wants to send me, and she wasn't too keen on MM/SS for awhile. Maybe that's changed, hard to know. Thanks for reviewing. I'm glad you enjoyed my little bit of Christmas Fluff. :)
