Well done! I like how you have brought the book back into the picture. It helps tie more loose ends into this story making it more real. Good job. |

I'm really enjoying this story so far- you're tying up a lot of lose ends though perhaps a bit faster than is usual in the books. That's not neccesarily a bad thing but if you slow the pace down now then when you speed things up for the finale it will have more of an impact. Overall: well done! |

Very good chapter Persephone!
Your explanation of Dumbledore's gleam of triumph is simply excellent.
Can't wait for the continuation... |

You have an excellent ear for dialogue, but I find Harry's willingness to forgive Snape a bit OOC. In my opinion, his reaction would be "Maybe Albus ordered Snape to kill him, but Snape is still a murdering bastard!" |

Great chapter! Wow, you added something completely new to the twist! I guess I thought that the final battle had taken place. Now I can see that it has not. Very good. I look forward to the next chapter!
Author's Response: We will get to the final battle eventually ... Thanks for reviewing, there will be more soon! |

Great job...I could picture the cannon going something like that. The portrait will come into play in the 7th book I think we can all agree. It will be very interesting to learn why Dumbledore had always trusted Snape. That is the crux of the whole cannon...why did he? Why was he so very sure of him? There had to something so very compelling because I have started to reread the cannon and I can see Snape was pretty much a bully and he showed distain for Dumbledores decisions on more than one occasion.
Author's Response: Thank you so much for your reviews! There will be an explanation for why Dumbledore trusts Snape so much in one of the next chapters, but of course it's only speculation ... |

Wonderful chapter! You had me rivited to the screen. Poor Severus! It sure seemed ironic that he would fall off the same tower to what ever fate he will have! Good job. |
