I did feel like shaking her at the start, but thought she might come around. Although what would have happened if Lupin had decided on a dalliance, I don't know...
Thanks, Jen! A wonderful little story.
Author's Response: There was a song forever or so ago by Vanessa Williams-- Save the Best For Last. It has a line in it 'All of those nights you came to me when some silly girl had set you free. You wondered how you'd make it through. I wondered what was wrong with you. How could you give your love to someone else and share your dreasm with me?' I keep looking for the perfect place to write something based off those lines, and they sort of edged into this one.

"8:30 isn't too early to go to bed, is it?" OMG, this woman is me -lol! (Although, I do know what snogging is. And... well, never mind.)
Brilliant, just brilliant! I knew there was a human under that greasy hair. And I just love it when you write fluff...
Author's Response: hehe. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I know, the fluff is kind of rare for me, but if I wrote more of it, you wouldn't appreciate it so much, would you? |

Aw, that's a cute story. Really cute. And I usually don't go for cute. I liekd the fact it's written in diary form. It made it more personal, you know? Plus, the theme was nice. I really liked it.
Author's Response: Thank you. I don't write fluff very often, but every now and then a fluffy bunny appears and tempts me with its cuteness. This was one of them.

I absolutely love those diary-stories, and in particular this one. You told a great story. Some things truly ring familiar... maybe thats why I felt so deeply with Brenda? Doesn't every woman want to feel a bit wanton now and then? Of course I knew that Severus would win her heart, but you kept me biting my nails!
Author's Response: Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed.

This was truly a great read! Your writing is very sophisticated, but I don't think you realize it. You managed to do some excellent character development in just two chapters. Keep writing.
Author's Response: Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed it. |

This was a lot of fun to read. Who knew Snape could give such good advice to a woman?
Author's Response: I figured that as long as the advice was in the practical/logical range, he'd be okay.
Thanks for commenting. Jen |

A wonderfully funny, actually quite deep, fluffy tail! Very well done! ~Lisa

This is so great! The point war with Minerva is such a fun counterpoint to the rest of the story. I admit, though, that I feel slightly cheated of seeing how things progressed from talking to going to bed together in the course of an hour or so. Still, this is a delightful story. Thanks for an enjoyable read!
Author's Response: There were some limitations to the POV. I considered writing it into the journal, but I couldn't see Brenda explaining in great detail. Thanks for your comments!

This is just darling. I look forward to reading the second half in a minute here. Brenda Nelson seems to be the perfect match for Severus Snape, although neither of them, of course, realize it yet. :~)
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm thrilled that you're enjoying it! |

That was a very sweet story! I liked it very much!
Author's Response: Thank you! I had fun writing it. It was one of those plot bunnies that was just very insistent. |
