| You did it again! You had me in tears AGAIN!! It is so darned good of you to keep this tale going to the last. Since you have not claimed it to be done - dare I hope for at least one (or two) more chapters? One can dare to dream!! Loved this chapter... Author's Response: how much more? well at the moment i have one more chapter, but its very very long and has two distinct parts, so l'll probably spilt it, czo that will make it easier to submit(you're only allowed so many mistakes before it gets rejected) and it makes as much sense in 2 bits anyway. obviously you like a good cry? l do too, it very cathartic. l'm glad folks are enjoying these last chapters, they were hard to write, and i wasn't at all sure that anyone would read something that no longer has any of the canon charachters in it,so thanks for reveiwing | |||

| How nice, to have their wand-woods be used to cover their graves, and provided by the centaurs. I still like the Philemon and Baucis story - hmm, perhaps have a linden and an oak tree depicted on their headstones. VERY nice remarks, and I like the Lupin dialogue also. I think S&M would have been very pleased with the way things turned out. (Umm, S&M were buried in a single coffin?) Will Etty's baby son appear again? Such a beautiful marriage you've given S&M! Author's Response: yes, they were buried together, and yes, you will get to see little jonnny again, and his mummy, who has an important role to play in the next chapter. l think that Mahaut would probably have enjoyed the funeral, severus would probably have gotten ever so grumpy about all those uninvited guests though! thanks for reveiwing | |||

| Gads this was so hard to read through tears! What a moving chapter. Your verbal visuals were outstanding. The scene where Drusilla finds her parents was so very touching and will stay in my mind for some time. What a wonderful story you have crafted. Love it! Author's Response: l debated for nearly a week over who was going to find them, in the end i decided it had to be dru (although for a moment it was gonna be frou frou!) becuase to me the whole thing sort of begins and ends with her. thanks for reveiwong | |||

Thanks for tellining us more about the family Author's Response: i'm glad it worked for you coz it was actaully one of the hardest to write for me( the previous one being hardest thing i've written like ever!) i think because its very mucha transitional chapter, and i always find those hard, there is much more to find out about the family, all of the family, including severus and mahaut , yet to come! thanks for reveiwing | |||

| Aww, you really know how to make us cry!! Well, I'm glad they all told fun stories at the vigil. Poor Mahaut must've had an awfully sad vigil for her own Maman when she was an only child. The stories are cute, and I'm glad the kids finally gave their parents' journals. Anything else in the trunks? Photos, mementos for each child, chocolates? As for Etienne - will he bring his mistress and youngest son to the house, so his son can meet his half-siblings and other relatives? Thanks for posting! Author's Response: yes, l think Mahaut was very lonely til she found severus, but i suppose the kids will know all about it once they've finished reading. you'll have to wait ands ee for the contents of the trunks and what happens with ettiene and sofia though. thanks for reviewing | |||

| Now I'm all confused! S&M are gone so i'm crying, but it's (kinda) a happy ending... glad that they're together. That was a brilliant chapter you really felt everything that was happening Author's Response: l know its an odd concept but it was meant to be a good death, l think they are happy! but hang on, coz the fat lady hasn't sung yet! I've just submitted a non-trilogy one shot, but the next chapter should be with you in a week or so, it just needs to be ever so slightly fiddled with yet. Thanks for reviewing! | |||

| It is so hard to write this review through the tears. This had to be the most romanticly sad and happy ending I have ever read. When Severus's soul parted from Mahaut's and he felt himself being pulled away from her, I thought I would never stop crying! Then when Mahaut gave up her life to join him I started crying all over again! What a beautiful story! Such a romantic endless love they shared. Thank you for writing this story! Author's Response: So glad you got the happy part! l though it was sort of happy, but then again l'm a twisted wierdo, so l didn't know if anyone else would get it! still some more chapters to go, not quite finished, l have af ew loose ends to tie up with severus and amhaut, and there is a little bit more wiht the kids. thanks for reviewing! | |||
