| Dear LariLee, So I slowly make my way through ARB. I liked the 'Forced Binding' scene (even if the twist is so conventional ;) and even more so the following part with Tricia being courted by an Evil!Polititian. I must admit that I like Aubrey. I often like the guys behind the scene, pulling the strings. I'm a Richelieu fan, after all ;) The bit about Trish getting married for the sake of the child and losing it touched me deeply - just a few weeks ago I was to a wedding of a classmate of mine and a few days ago she lost her baby. Life can be bloody unfair, sometimes. I just wish Tricia weren't so stupid to have married a guy she didn't know for the child's sake. It rarely works out well. Marrying for the child's sake leads to an unhappy marriage. And an unhappy marriage is hardly the best for the child... I am looking forward to reading more... And I am looking forward to more of you Gigolo story. I am a mean person and rarely review, but I am reading that one, too. Please update :D Greetings from Poland. It's terribly sad about your friend. I hope she is doing well. Tricia was 18 and saw a distinct lack of options in her future. But there are worse things than being unwed and pregnant. | Wow. This story was very well done and the folks seem spot-on in character. It is a pleasure to read a tale like this, with all the twists and turns before reaching a nice ending. | Whew, thank goodness we are back to the right place in this relationship. I was becoming unstable and drinking too much. The manner in which you brought them back together was brilliant, and I think Tricia's insistence that he was under the influence played well to her insecurities and need to protect herself. Then, his ploy with the Veratiserum was just the thing to turn in around. Please post the next soon....please, please, please! Author's Response: Thank you, rvc! Things are the way they should be! I'm sorry about your instability and drinking too much, but that's the way I write so I can't complain. :-) The next chapter is in queue so it shouldn't be too much longer and I just started writing Chapter 23. | *mops forehead with towel* Ok, it is most definitely hot in here! It crossed his mind that their future offspring might end up in Gryffindor one day. That thought tasted as foul as the gag between his teeth. There was just something about those lines that caused me to go into a giggling fit. Now, here is a classic IC Snape thought: He had forgotten Tricia’s propensity for insubordination. Insubordination? Good god, will he ever snap out of being such a sodding Slytherin? (I hope not.) I'm glad that these two finally got back together. It was painful to read the breakup, but I think they will reqach a new place in their relationship now. Hey, when is Angie gonna get back together with Tricia? I am looking forward to that reunion as much as the Tricia/Severus reunion. I'm glad the bunnies are healthy and breeding. Will you ever forgive me? Hell, if Tricia can forgive Snape, miracles can happen. Author's Response: Now I can finish up the next chapter because I've heard from you, Ellie. :-) He does have a problem with her refusing to mindlessly obey. | I can't decide whether to cheer or to cry -- he did it! He did it! And by himself! He figured out that he has to open up to her and let her in! And she's finally getting the happy ending she deserves! This is one of the most satisfying (and funny) things I've read in a while. Thank you so much for showing a Severus who reminds me of why I love my husband so much! Author's Response: Thank you so much, matf! | Woo! Hoo! The make-up sex I was waiting for! You made my day...not to mention Severus and Trisha's too. I love how Severus was trying to keep focused. "Hagrid in a speedo". LOL!
