I've been reading fanfic for a long time now and it is rare to come across a story as good as this one! highest marks! Cheers, ~H

Author's Response: Thank you!

Honestly, the game lost me. It was too complicated. I have to actually be watching or playing to maintain interest. I'm a Monkey Island fan myself. Was the game supposed to be based on Dungeons and Dragons or something?

Author's Response: Heh, it's inspired my a mismash of RPGs. And yes, it is meant to be a bit confusing and complicated -- for isn't everything in the Wizarding world? :) Yes, Dungeons and Dragons, Magic the Gathering, you name it...

I'm STILL going to strangle Harry. It's not so much that Dumbledore is being a complete idiot, but that he doesn't see just how much of an idiot Harry can be. I hate assumptions made about people. Drives me crazy.

I could STRANGLE Harry. Honestly. But then, I spent a third of OotP wanting to do that.

wow!!!!!! I just read part II not realizing that this was a trilogy. I will continue onto part III before I back track to part I. Because I started out reading part II the first chapter was a bit off for me, it was well written but it took me until chapter 2 before I was convinced your story was well written and worth the read. Then, after a few more chapters, I was absolutely hooked. I love your OC and how they interact with JKR characters. You incorporate everything in this story, even the ghosts. And what a cliff hanger, to whisk Snape away on a flying carpet (this is why I have to hurry onto part III before reading part I). I laughed at many of the things you had Aurellia do and found her bullheaded approach to Snape quite humorous at times. And Snape's admission at the end of this part, well, what a jaw dropper... especially after his love struck behavior. It's like he had reverted back to being a teenager, wanting to learn as much about Elves as he could, a true academian at heart. And your Dark Cauldrin game, well, what can I say other than BRILLIANT. I loved how the 6 players interacted with one another. This showed a real mastery on your part, IMO. Having Ron's Paladin run off the board and have Crookshanks retrieve him was a nice touch, too. There is one mistake you should correct, in one sentence you wrote.... "Ron's Auror" instead of "Ron's Paladin"..... Looking foward to see if the children band with Aurellia in an attempt to save Snape utilizing some of the unique techniques they learned paying the Dark Cauldrin

Author's Response: Wow, thank you -- and thanks for pointing out that goof! Oops! What a great way to start the morning :)

Author's Response: Awww...thanks for leaving word. We're still working away

So, Snape's a vampire? ::sigh:: well, it's a very very well-written fic, but I really really really hate Snape=vampire fics. Geez, I wish you'd said so in the description; are you trying to hook people into getting sucked into the plot before you reveal it? I just can't continue reading, sorry. Too bad, it's a great fic, but I absolutely can't *stand* these fics. I kept seeing the signs, but I thought it couldn't be true cuz you'd have warned people. Oh well, good luck.
