Do you know how much that made me laugh?? LOL! I just have this amazing mental image of these poor owls squawking away unhappily as Severus burns them. Minerva's repsonse was brilliant - I love it when she treats him just like one of the children...
Great one-shot ... I love the idea of Severus being a closet grey-hair-hater. You're right, though; Severus without black hair is like Nelson without his column.

| Delightful little story (though one msut realise that he'd eventually not have to worry about greasy hair but would instead becompleltely bald, as gray hair does have a way of sneaking up on you). Ah, well. Poor SEverus, having to put up with the nonsense of a muggle truckload of gifts and the Headmaster's teasing.
If I remember the reviewing system here, one is supposed to be excellent and ten not so excellent Personally, I prefer fudge iced devil's food cake with chocolate on the side, mocha raspberry coffee, maybe some chocolate chunks atop the cake... *laugh* Chocogolics, ho!
