AAAHHH!!! I think I know what the 'S' stands for :) I wish we could post more than three chaps at a time. Waiting a day is killing me!

Just out of curiousity, do you have the right age for Charlotte Church in 1993? Good real life insert. My guess is that the "real Snape" would have used the wand rather than be powerless but so what.

Highly amusing. I don't usually go for corny moments like this--Reminds me of Katherine Hepburn and Cary Grant in Bringing up Baby.(This was a movie made in 1938)
Author's Response: Yes, I am very familiar with it, so I will take that as a favorable comparison. (You didn't think I was going to put a leopard into the chapter, did you? Or, have them start singing "I Can't Give You Anything But Love?) In fact, I actually planned these chapters as an homage to the screwball film comedies of the thirties, before they return to Hogwarts and things become a bit more subdued again. Thanks for noticing! |
