Reviews for For Tomorrow We May Die

CareCrystal 2005.11.17 - 09:52AM 59: Chapter 59: Rethinking His Position Signed
This chapter brings to mind the saying, "Life happens when you're busy doing something else." I liked the way you had him distracted by his own feelings, his examination of his professional obligations, and performing needed tasks. Besides helping to build tension, it added a nice inner glimpse into his "world." I'm really looking forward to seeing how this plays out in future installments.

Author's Response: I did have that saying in mind as I was writing, and, in fact, as I've written much of the story. I'm glad you enjoyed, and thank you for taking the time to leave a comment. I appreciate it.

Brava! Don't leave us hanging too long! This has been an excellent wild rise and I don't want it to end!

Author's Response: Thank you! I'm glad you're enjoying the story.

I hate to be a dumb american but what exactly is a courgette?

Author's Response: Zucchini, squash, something along those lines. My understanding is that they're all kind of grouped together. *is also a dumb American who reads between the lines when Brits are talking and makes random assumptions* ;)

Wow!! I love this story so much! I wonder how Autumn is going to break the news to him...that should be interesting. Keep the great story coming!!

Author's Response: Thank you for your comments. As for how Autumn will break the news? With her usual grace and tact, I'm sure ;)

Oh god, she's... she's oh no... and not TELLING HIM... whooo, rocky roads ahead. Some angsty times for our emotionally repressed Potions master implicated in the event.

Author's Response: You think maybe? ;) Thanks for your comments. I'm glad you're enjoying.

Wonderful chapter! I so loved seeing a new installment to this story. It gets better and better as it goes! I had a feeling that Autumn was preggers! I will be fireworks when Severus finds out that she didn't want to tell him!! Great story - I look forward to more!

Author's Response: Thank you for your comments-- for the consistent comments, actually. I know I'm horrible about responding, but I really do appreciate your taking the time to review.

OMG! That was a fantastic chapter! Autumn?!?! You totally had me thinking it was Remus this whole time!!! What a great twist in the story. Will it make Severus love her more or just aggrivate him? I can't wait for the next chapter to find out (hint, hint). The boyish bet between Severus and Remus was priceless.

Author's Response: Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed. This was one of the chapters I really had fun writing. I've enjoyed writing all of them, but some more than others, and this was a truly enjoyable one, so I'm rather thrilled that people enjoyed it.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am so happy to see a new chapter and such a WONDERFUL one at that! Wow, I loved Ramus's and Severus's search for the hidden passages. I loved Severus's moment of lonelyness and need of comfort - even from a former enemy. I loved Severus's rise to anger over Autumn's involvment! GREAT STORY! I can't wait for the next update. This story is really falling into place. Your slow movement with Severus's and Autumn's love is savoringly (is that a word?) wonderful! 10+++++

Author's Response: Thank you for such an enthusiastic and glowing review. I'm glad you're enjoying. I was afraid that the scene with Severus being lonely was a little too sappy, but I've had good responses to it overall.

Thanks for reviewing!
