| Hey there! I read your fic over the course of the last 3 days, I think... And I have to say, I'm already addicted to it! I gave it a try because I found the title so interesting, and I wanted to know what a Sanguimagus was. Really, this story is very original... I love it, though I found it somewhat annoying that the chapters were so short - though the last few chapters were much longer, which satisfied me immensely. I think this story has got VERY much potential, and I'll definitely go on reading it. I'm really curious what'll happen to Sarah right now - will she survive? Well, I'd say yes, for the real romance hasn't taken place yet.
Oh yes, and a short note to Silas: I absolutely can't stand him. He needs to be in the middle of everything... Grrrrrr. Just an annoying, failed auror who needs to deal with his own feelings.
You have me hanging on the edge with this cliffie... So PLEASE update quickly. I really wish I'd have begun reading this when you had updated one chap further... ;-)

| Gasp! I spent all day yesterday and today trying to catch up---and this is where you leave me????? When is the next update? This story really is fantastic. She's going to live---of that I am sure. After all, this is her story and she can't tell it if she is dead. I am mostly concerned about Salias...what is the deal with him? He makes me wary. | Wow! I kept seeing this story in the recently updated list but I didn't give it a chance because I had no idea what a "Sanguimagus" was--and I still don't! Should I know this? Anyway, I also didn't give it a chance because I thought it was just another Snape-falls-in-love-with-new-DADA-teacher story. I am happy to say that I was WRONG! You have captured my interest and I am very happy to see that I still have 44 chapters to go! I love nice long stories. There must be something really wrong with Sarah since she is in so much pain and unable to move freely. I am wondering why magic has not been able to cure her. And why do all the instructors barely look her way? Hmm... Author's Response: I'm SO glad you took a chance! I even changed my summary at one archive to read "not a fluffy falls in love with a DADA teacher!Snape" because I was so worried that people would pass over it. I did originally want to call this fic something else, because I thought "Sanguimagus" was too confusing, but there was another well known fic with the title I wanted to use already out there so I couldn't. I can't wait until you read more...oh, and you'll find out what a Sanguimagus is very soon...chapter 19 or 20 I think. Thanks again for reading & reviewing! | |||

| Wow, I am exhausted after reading that one! You packed such a dramatic punch in this chapter that it has the reader reeling! Your imagery is well done. His thoughts of malfloy, the pain of that failed friendship, the audio imagery (the thunder) all worked well to set a very desperate mood. Bravo. Author's Response: Thank you so very much! I wrote the last few chapters while listening to music, which is very uncharacteristic of me, but I think it helped the writing a little in an odd way. I originally was going to do a little more about the failed friendship, but I didn't want to overdo it, and besides, Severus was in a hurry, and didn't need to be angsting even more at that moment. ;) | |||
